Week #4 of Workouts

This week is yet again, a mix of different types of workouts. To find out how to set up the timer for the Tabata workout, see Week #1 Of Workouts for instructions. To find out how to set up the timer for the HIIT workout, see Week #3 Of Workouts for instructions. Most importantly,  have fun and kill it!
