This week is a mix up of all different kinds of workouts! I always like to change it up because I get bored easily, and getting bored is probably the #1 reason people loose motivation. First, if you haven’t already, you are going to need to download the Seconds app (see Week #1 Of Workouts to find out about it and learn how to set it up). This week I introduced a HIIT workout which is a little bit different than the normal Tabata I do using this app. Below are pictures of how to set up your timer for the HIIT workout. Have fun and kill it!
