Working Out WITH Gatsby the Corgi

​I mostly made this workout video for fun, but in all seriousness, this can really be a great workout. You might not have a corgi-sized dog like me, but this just shows that you don’t need to spend a lot of money on fancy equipment. All you need is some motivation and a little creativity. So, if you want to do this workout and you don’t have a dog like Gatsby, I would recommend using things like a sack of potatoes, laundry detergent, watermelon, a baby, just use your imagination!


Hop Overs 20 reps, 4 sets

Curls 20 reps, 4 sets

Kettle-bell/Corgi Swing 20 reps, 4 sets

Caterpillar Crawl, Push-up 20 reps, 4 sets

Sit-ups 20 reps, 4 sets

*Repeat 5 Times*
