Full-Body Dumbbell Workout


This is the perfect full-body workout with weights, for someone with a busy lifestyle. You could do this workout routine at the gym or at home as long as you have two dumbbells. For this workout routine I used two 12.5 dumbbells, but you can use whatever weights you are comfortable with for each of these exercises.


  1. Russian Twist 10 times
  2. Dumbbell Swings 10 times
  3. Plank with Row 10 times for each arm
  4.  One Leg Dead Lift 10 times for each leg- for this workout I stood on a book to give me a little extra height
  5. Half Get Up with Press 10 times for each arm 
  6. Side Lunge with Curl 10 times, switch legs between each curl

Do all 6 workouts back to back with 10 seconds of rest in between each set.

Repeat 4 times.
