This is the perfect full-body workout with weights, for someone with a busy lifestyle. You could do this workout routine at the gym or at home as long as you have two dumbbells. For this workout routine I used two 12.5 dumbbells, but you can use whatever weights you are comfortable with for each of these exercises.
- Russian Twist 10 times
- Dumbbell Swings 10 times
- Plank with Row 10 times for each arm
- One Leg Dead Lift 10 times for each leg- for this workout I stood on a book to give me a little extra height
- Half Get Up with Press 10 times for each arm
- Side Lunge with Curl 10 times, switch legs between each curl
Do all 6 workouts back to back with 10 seconds of rest in between each set.
Repeat 4 times.
