Ultimate Booty Workout Feat. Gatsby the Corgi

 

I don’t usually work out at home, but sometimes I don’t have the time to spend driving to the gym. These resistant bands are a great alternative to weights and are also great for traveling. I got these at Walmart for about $9 and use the blue band, which is the strongest resistance. These exercises can be done without the bands, but they will definitely make it more challenging. Also, a cute dog is a great motivator/obstacle for a little extra challenge.

Breakdown

Jump Squat

Position band around calves

10 reps, 3 times

Fire Hydrants

Position band around calves

10 reps, 3 times, on each leg

Monster Walk

Position band around calves

45-seconds, 3 times

Booty Bridge, Spread Knees

Position band around thighs

20 reps, 3 times

Side-Step Squats

Position band around thighs

45 seconds, 3 times

Booty Kicks

Position one side of the band around the foot that’s kicking, and the other side around the ankle that’s stationary

10 reps, 3 times, on each leg

Squat, Legs Out, Legs In

Position band around calves

15 reps, 3 times

Side Leg Raises

Position band around calves

10 reps, 3 times on each side
